Step 1: Lipstick Hatana (Cleanse)

Raat ko sone se pehle makeup hatana jitna zaruri hai, utna hi zaruri hai hothon se lipstick ya lip balm ki parat hatana.

Step 2: Dead Skin Hatana (Exfoliate – Hafte mein 2 baar)

Roz scrub karne ki zarurat nahi hai, lekin hafte mein 1-2 baar dead skin hatana zaruri hai taaki nayi skin aa sake.

  3. Paani kam peena: Agar body dehydrated hai, toh sabse pehle hoth phatenge. Din mein 8 glass paani zarur piyein.
